Lift tickets are purchased at the Guest service, located at the base or at Gaiastova - at the top of the mountain. By purchasing lift tickets online you can go straight to the lift. Several of the Lillehammer and Hafjell hotels sell day- and weekend passes from the reception.

Lillehammer Ski Resorts
The tickets you buy in Hafjell are also valid in the ski centres belonging to Lillehammer Ski Resorts.

Key Card
Key Card is obligatory for all kinds of tickets because of the touch free ticket system. This does not apply to sinlge trips with the Gondola.

Abuse of tickets
The ski ticket is personal and cannot be transfered to other persons. Lost ticket will not be replaced. No right to return the ticket. If abusing the pass or violating the ski rules the holder might be deprived of the ticket. No compensation if the the lifts come to a halt, because of bad weather, technical errors or problems with electricity.

Parts of the trail network might be fenced off due to races.
