You can buy the lift tickets at our Guest Service at the base, or at Gaiastova on the top of the mountain. When purchasing the tickets online you can go straight to the lift. Several of the Lillehammer/Hafjell hotels sell tickets from the reception.

Lillehammer Ski Resorts
In addition to Hafjell Alpine Centre the tickets are also available in the resorts being attached to Lillehammer Ski Resorts.

Misuse of the passes
The season pass is personal and can not be used by other than the owner. Lost passes will not be compensated. No refund. Violation of the ski rules may cause confiscating. No refund if the lifts have to close due to technical problems or weather. Some of the slopes may be fenced off because of training and ski races.

Key Card
Key Card is obligatory for all kind of tickets because of our touch free ticket system. Applies not to single trips with the Gondola.
