Are you trying out downhill biking for the first time and need some tips and tricks?
At 10:00 on the days that the Bike Park is open our guides hold a 60-minute intro-course for those wanting to learn the basics.
Our experienced guides will go over the fundamentals of downhill biking such as: correct stance and weight distribution, braking, which trails to ride first, as well as how to place your bike on, and take it off, the lift.
The meet up point for this course is outside of the Rental shop at 10am. If you are renting bike and gear, make sure to be at the bike rental at 9:30 in order to pick it up in time before the course. Minimum age for this course is 10 years of age. For younger kids we recommend getting a private course for the family.
Bike and Lift pass is not included in this course
