What's new for Summer 2020?
Hafjell Bike Park has been the leading destination for lift-accessed mountain biking in Norway for over a decade. For summer 2020 we are making new investments that will help us to lift Hafjell as a summer destination for all guests, especially families.
Mosetertoppen area
We are planning to upgrade the whole area at the top of the gondola, packed with activities suited for the active family. The first step of this development is a big, paved 1200m2 pumptrack suitable for all riding levels, skateboards, scooters etc. In addition to this we are building a 1 km “funtrack” for kids around the Mosetertoppen area, with balance boards, bridges, teeter-totters and lots of other fun wooden constructions. The area will also get a facelift with a new playground and picnic area where you can enjoy the magnificent view over the Gudbrandsdalen valley.
Days of operation
The operating days for the 2020 season are now ready! We are increasing our opening days from 43 to 63, with a full 5-week period of the lifts running every day in July/August. Click here to see our prices and operating days for 2020
Trail biking
For summer 2020 we will upgrade the trail biking routes in the area.
Upgraded Rental fleet
We will have more than 70 new bikes in our rental fleet. There will be new DH bikes for kids and adults and new E-Bikes for different types of terrain.
