Pumptrack

A pumptrack is a round cycling track with a combination of bumps and turns. In such a cycling track you create momentum by doing pumping movements - hence the name "Pumptrack".

Our new paved pumptrack is located at Mosetertoppen. The new track is the main attraction in our family area which also has a skill centers and a playground for kids. Any bike can be used in the pumprack and we rent out bikes to a small cost at FAVN sykkelutleie. Cycling in a pumptrack is a fun activity for all ages and you also train balance and fitness - in addition, it gives a great sense of mastery by managing to get speed without having to pedal.

There is also a pumptrack located at the base of the resort, next to Øyer Ungdomsskole. Here you can bring your own bike and try to get speed by pumping movements.
